Standard 1st Class delivery is £2.95 on orders under £35

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £35

You will receive an email when you place your order to confirm the items ordered. Once the order has been collected by the courier you will receive another email notifying you that the order has been shipped.

All orders are sent via first class Royal Mail. Orders are generally despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt providing the items are in stock. (As noted by the stock level status next to the item price for all products). Royal Mail often deliver the day after you receive the "order shipped email".

Should an item be out of stock or there is a further delay you will be notified by email.

Each parcel contains an invoice listing items enclosed and explaining if we have been unable to send some of your order. Keep this until you are sure you are satisfied with everything.

Please also note:

• Unfortunately we cannot tell you what time the parcel will arrive and we recommend that you ensure there is someone in all day or make arrangements with a neighbour.
