Enabling blocked emails
Unsolicited email,
commonly known as "spam", is a big problem and now most Internet
Service Providers (ISPs) are including some sort of blocking or filtering
systems to filter out unwanted mail based on rules and blacklists.
Unfortunately these
systems have limited success at distinguishing between real spam and innocent
email. Once you’ve removed us from your spam filter ‘white-list us’ then you
should have no further problems.
Every email system is
different. Below are instructions for some of the more popular ones. If yours
isn’t here, please contact your ISP’s customer service desk. If you’d also forward
the answer to us we can also help others. If you’re using some sort of spam
filtering or blocking software yourself (in addition to what your ISP
provides), we’ve also listed instructions on how to exempt Strawberry Tiger Ltd
email from some of the more popular of those programs too.
To find instructions
for your email provider or software, scroll down or use the menu below which
should help you resolve this. We can not be held responsible for any problems
encountered during or after performing this procedure and recommend you contact
your ISP if you are not confident in this procedure or it doesn’t work for you.
We are unable to maintain an exhaustive list and these instructions may become
out of date before we are aware of changes – if you spot any errors or omission
your help is much appreciated:
One thing you can do no matter what email system you’re using is add the
address in the "From" line of your most recent Strawberry Tiger email
to your address book or list of trusted senders.

wish to receive. If you’re not receiving your strawberry tiger emails then contact
you Internet Service Provider (ISP) and ask them for assistance. If they do
white-list, they’ll probably ask you for some information about us. Here’s what
to tell them:
