Buying something over the internet can make you feel nervous about doing so when you are not been able to touch and feel the product, you donít always know that it will be exactly as you picture it.

Maybe it just doesít meet your expectations, you donít like the colour, or it does not work in the way you wanted to use it.

As parents we understand your concerns and so we have introduced a 90 day no-quibble total refund policy.

- What if I don't like the colour of the item I've ordered? Can I return it? YES!

- If it doesn't fit my child - can I return it for a refund or exchange? YES!

- If I buy something and then randomly change my mind - can I still send it back? YES!
