How to order

Online shopping with confidence:

Making a purchase online is simple, we can take online orders 24hrs a day.  You can pay when placing your order on our secure website using your Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, or Solo debit, or credit card.

Here’s how:

• Browse our shop and when you see an item that you wish to buy simply click "Add to Basket" and it will be included in your checkout shopping basket.
• Once you have finished shopping, click on "Go to Checkout".
• At the checkout you will be asked for your payment details to be able to complete your order.  From this screen your details are checked and kept private on a secure server by a banking and FSA approved financial payments agency.

For security purposes, please do not include your card details in any email.

We recommend that you order online where you will find up to minute information and a wealth of answers to common questions.  Ordering on our website is quick and secure with accreditation by leading e-retail agencies.  However, if you need to contact us then you can call us on 020 8531 7060, Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Order Processing

After you have placed your order we will check availability, pricing, and your payment prior to acceptance and despatch.  We operate a highly secure payment system and your order is only accepted once appropriate security and credit checks are carried out.  Following authorisation you will receive an order confirmation email.  Strawberry Tiger Ltd reserves the right not to process your order.  If you have paid for an order and we cannot process it, you will be given a full refund.

Please note that all products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at short notice at any time including after order placement. 

We always endeavour to ensure we have stock, but inevitably, there is the possibility for items to be on back order.  If an item is not in stock and remains part of our portfolio then we will back order it for you.  Some of our niche products are created by small companies and we can occasionally struggle to keep up with unexpected levels of demand.

If for any reason we have not despatched all or part of your order, you are welcome to cancel that part of the order at any time - just contact us.

We will notify you if we learn of long delays or unavailability and if you will be offered the option to cancel your order or wait.

How to order – Step by Step

1. Browse the selection of products.
2. To view details of a product simply click on the picture of the product or click on the more information button.
3. Choose the option (e.g. colour, size) you want and click the "add to basket" button.  The product will now be in your shopping basket.
4. You can see the number of items in your shopping basket in the top right of the screen.
     Your shopping basket will remember your selection for up to three hours so you can
     leave and come back later to finish off later without having to restart!

5. If you would like to use the search facility follow the steps below.
6. When you have finished shopping click checkout and follow the on-screen guide.
7. Carefully check your order at the confirmation screen, when ready click the "Place Order" button. Your order is now complete.

Searching

Using the search facility is easy.  If you know the type of item you want to buy, follow these steps:

1. Enter one or two words into the box that describe the product, you can be as specific or as general as you like.
2. Click the Search button to search our online store for the items that match the words you have entered.
3. Browse the selection of products as described above.
