Returns - For any reason!Check out our returns guarantee here If you wish to return an item because it is faulty then click here If you wish to return an item that isn’t faulty for any reason whatsoever then it would be great to understand why it wasn’t suitable so we can improve our offerings. You can find our RETURNS FORM HERE. Please note that we can only accept returns of books, charts, or personalised items if they are faulty.
Having Problems? If you have any problems with an item you’ve purchased, please make sure you have read all the instructions supplied with it in the first instance. This is often the best place to start if you’re not sure you've set it up right, or if you can't get it to work as expected. If the instructions are not clear, then check for the manufacturer's technical help line number which is usually supplied with the instructions as they are the best people to help with in-depth knowledge of their own products. Refunds for returned Goods Items returned for refund will be credited back to your payment card. We process returns as soon as possible, and within 30 days. Please note: The cost of returns postage is only refunded on faulty or incorrectly delivered items for refund or exchange. We are unable to refund return postage costs for items returned because they are unsuitable or not wanted. Please feel free to call us to discuss a product if you are unsure whether it's suitable for you needs.
If you do need to return or exchange an item, please click here for instructions on returning the goods Faulty Goods If your item is faulty then we just need to know what’s wrong with it so we can send it back to the manufacturer so please complete our returns form by clicking here. We recommend that all goods are checked on receipt as no liability can be accepted by Strawberry Tiger Ltd for any costs incurred as a result of using faulty or incomplete products.

Refunds for Faulty Goods Faulty items returned for refund will be credited back to your payment card. We process these as soon as possible, and within 30 days. Your return postage is also refunded (by cheque) subject to using Royal Mail’s first or second class postage. Instructions for returning products We cannot accept responsibility to refund or exchange products that have not been received by us. We therefore strongly advise you obtain a free Proof of Postage receipt. All items must be returned by Royal Mail rather than a 3rd party delivery company. Using any other courier will result in Royal Mail returning items back to you.
Condition of Returned Goods If you do need to return or exchange an item, please note the following: · If goods are faulty they should be returned immediately and not used. · Goods should be returned 'AS SOLD' (with the original packaging) and with all components, accessories and packaging undamaged. · Goods should be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product) and should be re-packaged as received. We can only accept returns of books, charts, or personalised items if they are faulty.
To return any products to us: · Please complete the Return Form and return it with the item. · Make sure you note on the form whether you want an Exchange or Refund. · Pack the Items carefully as you are responsible for items damaged in transit. Enclose a printed copy of the invoice we originally sent you. · Use Royal Mail to return the product – make sure you get a proof of postage (these are free).
Please Note that claims for lost outgoing parcels to you cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days for mainland UK.
